Each generated line follows the same skeleton, which is why they scan quickly.
- Action verb in the past tense, first word of the line
- What exactly you did, with the tool or method named
- For whom or at what scale — users, revenue, team size
- Result with a number, percentage, timeframe or baseline
Finding numbers when you think you have none
Most people do have numbers: tickets per week, class size, order volume, response time, error rate, budget handled. The assistant asks targeted questions until at least one bullet per role carries a figure.
Repetition and verb variety
The generator tracks which verbs you already used and avoids opening five bullets with "Managed". It also trims lines above two printed rows, the length at which recruiters stop reading.
