LOCATION: Villach, AT, 9500 REQ ID: 204683 What you'll do * Define, validate, and align technical requirements with the Account Teams, Sales Operations, and customers to ensure clear scope, feasibility, and customer fit. * Develop Spin Clean configuration documents and prepare accurate quotes in accordance with the approved Product Option Architecture (POA). * Create, maintain, and continuously update POAs for assigned products to reflect current product strategy, pricing assumptions, and customer requirements. * Create new machine Non Standard Requests and link them to the appropriate product configurations to ensure traceability and process compliance. * Develop evaluation configurations and coordinate alignment with Engineering, Process Engineering and Product Management to support technical validation and customer evaluation activities. * Analyze and optimize product configurations to reduce costs, improve commercial competitiveness, and maximize profitability. Who we're looking for * Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience (Graduate of a higher technical college in mechanical/electrical/mechatronic engineering (HTL)) * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English * Ability to establish successful relationships in a multicultural environment with external and internal customers * Entrepreneurial mindset / hands-on mentality * Previous work experience in a comparable position * Work experience in Semiconductor Equipment Industry preferable * Technical knowledge of Lam Spin Clean product portfolio or similar products preferable What We're Offering This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group F or G, depending on eduational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
